New Database Development Continues!

Our a new Data Base , True-Test it is coming along well, we are adding new functionality to it as we go we will eventually be able to customize Service Level Agreements in the the Customer Data to ensure you get the service you want. Our Developer has built in some great features including tracking replacement items and checking on re-repaired to ensure the quality of our work. the field through August till all possible inconsistencies and errors are ironed out. Then it will be ready to go live ready  for Customers in September...

New Database for Test & Tag Customers!

We are trialing a new Data Base , it is called True-Test it is our own proprietary  Database for exclusive use for our Customers. Our Developer has built in some great features including Item History e.g. to help recognize items that need constant repair, plus the ability to track items  e.g.between workshop, Mobile Unit & Office. You (the Customer) will have the ability to delete items as they become obsolescent all done through a better reporting interface and presentation. This data base will be field tested during July-August till all possible inconsistencies and errors are ironed out. Then will go live ready  for Customers in September... So Stay tuned!
